Step 1: Sending the share reservation form.
From now on, you can download the reservation form from this page.
- For the GFV des Capucins (reserved for individuals)
- For the SCI Capucins & Templiers (suitable for French companies and foreign residents)
A copy of a valid identity document for the subscriber (or subscribers, in the case of joint ownership) must be attached.

Step 2: Call for funds and distribution of the first bottles.
At the General Assembly on September 20th, 2025, we will submit to the partners the resolution for a capital increase and the approval of the vineyard plots to be purchased.
From that point, the call for funds will be launched to the account of the GFV (and the SCI), where the money will be held until it is transferred to the Notary.
Then, before December 31st, 2025, you will receive your first bottles of Château des Capucins 2022 (12 bottles for each share).
It should be noted that for the first year, this is not rental income to be declared, but rather a subscription bonus financed by the SCEA.
As future partners, you are invited to the harvest day on September 20th, 2025.
This is a convivial day with:
- morning hand-harvesting of grapes
- tours of the facilities
- a shared meal with all the partners
- a presentation of the winegrowing and winemaking year at Château des Capucins
- distribution of your bottle allocations.

Step 3: Registration of the capital increase of the GFV (or SCI).
Once the funds have been deposited, the capital increase of the GFV (or SCI) will be registered with the Registry of the Commercial Court of Libourne.
From that point on, the new partners will appear on the Kbis (official company extract) of the GFV des Capucins or the SCI Capucins et Templiers.
You can consult the list of partners of the GFV des Capucins on dedicated websites, for example :

https://www.societe.com/societe/gfv-les-capucins-934218603.html

Step 4: Signing the purchase deed at the Notary’s office.
The final step is the signing of the purchase deed for the vineyard plots by the GFV and the SCI at the office of M. Goumard, notary in Libourne.
As the GFV and the SCI are represented by the manager, the presence of the partners is not required.
All documents are hosted online and are available upon simple request.
